Saskia A. Jordan

Saskia Jordan has 29 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts. Following a judicial clerkship, she served as Deputy State Public Defender in Colorado from 1981 to 1986. She has been a shareholder at Haddon, Morgan and Foreman, P.C. since 1989 and represents clients in criminal cases, complex civil litigation, and regulatory matters.

Ms. Jordan is a Fellow and a member of the Colorado State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been repeatedly recognized by her peers as one of Colorado's Super Lawyers in the area of white collar criminal defense. She has also been recognized in the Corporate Counsel edition of Super Lawyers. She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Denver, Adams County and Colorado Bar Associations. She served on the Adams County Community Corrections Board from 1998-2000, and on the 17th Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance from 1989-1991. She is a member, past Board Member and past President of the Faculty of Federal Advocates and the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar.

Ms. Jordan is admitted to practice law in Colorado and the following federal courts. United States District Courts: District of Colorado, Southern District of New York, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania; United States Court of Appeals: Second, Fifth, Sixth, Tenth and Federal Circuit; United States Supreme Court.
