Saskia A. Jordan

Saskia Jordan has 27 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.  Following a judicial clerkship, she served as Deputy State Public Defender in Colorado from 1981 to 1986.  She has been a shareholder at Haddon, Morgan, Mueller, Jordan, Mackey & Foreman, P.C. since 1989 and represents clients in criminal cases, complex civil litigation, and regulatory matters. 

Ms. Jordan is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been repeatedly recognized by her peers as one of Colorado’s Super Lawyers in the area of white collar criminal defense.  She is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Denver, Adams County and Colorado Bar Associations.  She served on the Adams County Community Corrections Board from 1998-2000, and on the 17th Judicial District Commission on Judicial Performance from 1989-1991.  She is a member, past Board Member and President of the Faculty of Federal Advocates and of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar. 

Ms. Jordan is admitted to practice law in the following jurisdictions:  1980, Colorado and United States District Court, District of Colorado; 1982, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; 1986, U.S. Supreme Court; 1988, U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; 1996 U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; 1997 U.S. Court of Appeals, Federal Circuit. 

She received her J.D. with honors from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1980 and served on the Law Review Editorial Board.  She attended Antioch College and received her B.A. in 1977.
